NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
The POTW is in agreement with the dates listed in the attached "`Pretreatment
Program Info Database" No changes were made to the dates for the Program
Elements.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
No modifications were made to the Industrial User Permit.
SIU INFORMATION:
1. International Automotive Component (IAC), IUP#0003
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events.
OTHER INFORMATION:
During this reporting period, IAC exceeded the permit limits for mercury and
the lower permit limitation for pH. Follow-up sampling for these parameters
indicated compliance with the permit limits and no SNC events occurred. A
Notice of Violation was issued for the violations in accordance with the
Enforcement Response Plan.
The ownership of International Automotive Components (IAC) changed to
Auria Albemarle, LLC. In December 2017, the permit was modified to
reflect the name change and approved by the State by letter dated January
8, 2018.
