To minimize impacts, erosion control measures will be installed, construction activities will be limited to daylight hours, and adequate distance will be
maintained between stream bank and construction.
1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
Construction techniques taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts include limiting the area of disturbance and using more compact equipment
when possible. Erosion control measures will also be installed to minimize impacts. The project has minimum grading and clean water has been
diverted to minimize rainfall impact.
