I am reviewing the No Exposure Certification application signed by you on October 10, 2018. On page 1 of the application you have designated an individual as the owner/operator. A more suitable owner/operator designation would be the company. Mark Norton would still be considered a contact. Please let me know what company name to use for the owner/operator. Once received I will continue to process the application.
