Dear Mr. Chargarlamudi,
On December 5, 2018, Kelli Park of this office, performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the
proposed site for the Whispering Streams wastewater treatment plant. The attached Environmental
Protection Agency inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for this inspection
The inspection found that no wastewater treatment plant has been built yet. Please keep in mind that
you must apply for and receive an Authorization to Construct before proceeding.
For sale signs were noted at the time of inspection. Since then, it has been found that the property
has been sold to CGK, LLC.According to Gerry Tygielski,the general contractor, a form to change
the name and contact information of the owner of this permit to your information has been
submitted to NCDEQ in late December 2018.
