The complete application package should be submitted to the appropriate DWQ Office. (The appropriate office maybe found by locating project on the interactive online map at http:/ /portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ws/su/maw.) In the instances where the applicant is different than the property owner, itis the responsibility of the property owner to sign the deed restrictions and protective covenants form while the applicant is responsible for ensuring that the deed restrictions are recorded.
