Michelle - The Division received your request to rescind the subject permits, and we do not object to your request.
NPDES permits NCO028606 and NCO028614 are hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This letter is to close the
permit files for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your Department wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, they must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to transition Division communications to a paperless format, this email is the only notification
regarding this matter that you will receive. No paper copies will be distributed.
