The Division received the request to rescind the subject permit, submitted by Ralph McGee of Hart
8s Hickman [your contractor]. We do not object to this request. NPDES permit NCO086673 is hereby
rescinded, effective immediately. This letter is to close the permit file for the Division, and for your
records.
If in the future your firm wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, they
must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the permit rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.
