Charles,
As I described to you the remediation system that was installed and operated at the site property when Strayhorn
Wrecker Service was responsible for the cleanup has not been operational since before 2010. The system cannot be
used, and if any remediation might be implement it won't require the use of the current permit. If you would cancel this
permit it would be appreciated.
