The Division received the request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General
Permit NCG500000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG500230 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your firm wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, it must
first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.
