As far as the fish farm goes we have took out ponds so we have not added any production.We now
use the farm as a transfer station only

This message is for Alfred Owen.
Mr. Owen — an inspection by Division personnel in 2016 noted that your facility no longer required coverage under the
wastewater General Permit for fish farms and similar discharges.
The Certificate of Coverage (CoC) for Morgan Mill Trout Farm was NCG530074; it expired in 2017.
If you have expanded production above your 2016 levels, you may need to renew the CoC. If not, we will make the CoC
inactive in our records and close the file.
Please let me know the current status of your facility, and if you need to renew the CoC. Thanks in advance for your
help with this matter.
