Justin — thanks for that information. The current property owner has received ample notice of what must be done to
maintain the permit. If they fail to respond before the permit expires, I'll make the permit Inactive after October 15Y.
Any future actions would be for discharge without a permit, etc.

This permit expires on 9/30/2018. We have not received a renewal application.
The permit will become Inactive on 10/1/2018 unless a renewal application is received before 9/30/2018. 1 know the
facility is shut down, but there was at least one homeowner attached to the facility's collection system in 2017. Has that
home — and any others that may have been tied on — been disconnected?
It would be great for this permit to go away, but we need to be certain that no one is still sending wastewater to the
abandoned WWTP.
