The fencing, spray field, and three spray heads are in very good condition. 2. The high-water alarm system is operational 3. The chlorinator was stocked with chlorine tablets. 4. The septic tank was last pumped out in 2017. 5. The system appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. 6. The family is very familiar with the various elements of the wastewater system.
