Brad,
Can you provide a copy of the "attachment" referenced in the email from the City. Can you also clarify if the sewer is to
be turned over to the City once constructed? I'm unclear as to why the City staff would need to perform maintenance
(as referenced in the email) if it's a private sewer(as referenced in the justification of why they could not secure an
easement).

As mentioned previously in our meetings regarding sewer design options for the Sedge Hollow
Subdivision, the City of Winston Salem would not approve an aerial crossing at the current
alignment due to excessive height of the crossing. Maintenance of such a crossing would have been
extremely difficult.
The City of Winston Salem approved the plans as shown on the "Sedge Hollow Subdivision Phase II"
attachment. This plan would provide access for our maintenance crews to get to the sewer mains to
perform repairs in the future.
