The culvert under Vandora Springs Rd. is currently under-sized, and the road overtops during storm events. Additional drainage, induding an auxliary 36" pipe undemeath Vandora Springs Rd. is proposed to alleviate this problem. 4i. Project design was modified to pull back riprap pads at pipe outlets away from the top of bank of the stream channel. 1b.
