SUBJECT: Magnolia Plantation (Frances Henderson) Wetland Certification
Dear Mr. Horan:

Per your recent phone message I understand we are awaiting a site visit from the US Corps of
Engineers (USACE) to the Magnolia Plantation site for a wetland confirmation. I also understand
that your preliminary determination is that a stream does exist on-site. If so, we would need any
information from you regarding the location of the channel boundaries so that appropriate buffer
boundaries can be established.
Also, based on a conversation with the USAGE, they will only grant one of the Nationwide
Permit requests we've submitted. Thc*refore, we intend to move forward with the Nationwide. 14
(Road Crossing) rather than the Nationwide 29 (Residential) permit-
In addition, we would like to respond comments trade in your recent letter as well as those from
your site visit at one time if possible. Please contact myself or Jeff Vaughan if this is not
acceptable or if you have any further questions- We look forward to any additional comments.
