Dear Mr. Scheller,
This letter is intended to follow up inspection at the above referenced facility conducted on
11-27-18.
1. Flow Measurement: Anew flow meter was installed on 12-12-14 and is
functioning as intended to provide for continuous flow measurement and recording.
2. Bar Screen: I have discussed the need for a bar screen replacement with the parks
manager and he has authorized the procurement of a third party contractor. The
contractor is currently working to accomplish same at a facility close by and when
done wil shift his attention to Silver Maples. Timeframe 2 months for completion.
3. Permit renewal: I have spoken with Ms. Emily Philips of the permitting unit in
Raleigh and she is assisting me with its completion.
