On July 4, 2009 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received the application sets dated July 3, 2009 for
the above referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or
provided inaccurate information as discussed below. Please provide the following so that we may review
and approve your project.
Additional Information Requested:
® The cover letter indicated that the applicant was seeking Neuse Buffer impacts only; however,
the PCN failed to reflect any recorded impacts on pages 5 - 7. Please supply one (1) copy and
four (4) copies of recorded impacts.
® If the project is for buffer impacts only, then no fee is required. However, if there are wetland
or stream impacts then fees would be applicable based on impacts. Check # 6608 for $240 is
enclosed.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. This letter only addresses
the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please
be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
