I am ready process the Notice of Intent for Stormwater Discharges we received on December 17, 2018. In section 1 of the NOI, the name of the owner must be a valid entity with the North Carolina Secretary of State. ATI Specialty Metals does not appear on their database. After reviewing ATI's website, I believe the owner entity is Allegheny Technologies Incorporated. Once you have provided me with a valid owner name to be used for this Stormwater Permit, I will begin processing the application. Your attention to this is greatly appreciated.
