Per your direction, I am asking that you place 401 Water Quality Certification on hold until the incomplete application
issues have been resolved.
Also, as discussed during on earlier phone conversation, a time has not been set for the January 29th, 2019 site visit.
Ms. Hair stated that a time will be set as the date gets closer.

Steve,
The Division of Water Resources will need to put the 401 Water Quality Certification on hold for the same reasons as the
Army Corps and Coastal Management have. To facilitate putting the application on hold, would you mind replying to
this email and request that the DWR application be put on hold?

I have discussed the objections submitted by the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources' with Dan Sams and
confirmed that the total area of disturbance for all three projects combined is less than one acre and that existing
development bounds both sides of the project area. I have also reached out to Ms. Hair with the USACE and will be
working with her regarding the additional information request.
