We are still working to get everything set up so we can make the new permit COC's available to people
electronically. Hopefully we will have that all worked out soon. There were not any major changes to the monitoring
requirements in the new permit, so you can continue to monitor as established under your previous permit.

I have not received the updated stormwater permit. I am not sure if the stormwater monitoring aspects have
changed, but we need to get a second stormwater sample by the end of the year according to our last permit.
I am not sure if I missed an email on the update. Let me know!

Sorry for the issues with the payment process. I think Deborah has things worked out now.
You asked about your permit renewal. The NCG03 permit expires on October 31 of this year. It was renewed
with no changes for one year back in 2017. In early September the updated NCG03 permit was publicly
noticed for comment. That notice will run through early October and the new permit should be issued with an
effective date of November 1, 2018. Current permit holders will receive information on how to receive an
electronic copy of their new certificate of coverage and permit at that time. If you have any other questions

We received a notice that our stormwater permit fee is overdue. We paid this fee online before the deadline
have attached the confirmation number for our account. The same thing happened last year. An updated
permit has yet to be sent to the plant as well. Our permit number is NCG030469
