This letter is tfl inform Narron Contracking af the offsite sedimentation faifure due to
not foflowing the EC plans at the Panther Creek/ Mil�s Park project. We need to
suspend operations until we ha�e corrective action as of 1/3/2019 at 3:30pm. Once
corrective action has heen completed, please let SEPI Engineering & Construrtion
know and we will review and inspect in accordance with permit and plans. Once
approved, SEPT wiil send certifred mail of date and time to resume work.
