The Corps has reviewed the request for burial waiver from Regional Condition 3.6.
Based on the information contained
within the package dated January 10, 2018 this request seems reasonable considering
the desire to maintain a reduced
slope. Therefore, this email exchange will serve as the approval of burial waiver for the
pipe under SR 1501 (Woodland Church Rd.) in Duplin County.
