Amy,
On 7-20-09 I received a letter from Ms. Cindi Karoly stating that DWQ Project ti 09-171)'
would not receive authorization to repair the stream bank in question duc to lack o1' inform, 1w])
regarding the design of the repair.
In March of 2009 I received an approval (DWQ Project # 2009-0162) for this same repair.
Please be advised this is the same repair and project but has different project numbers. I
apologize for this mix up as it appears I submitted it differently the second time, leading you to
think there was two different projects. The repairs have been completed according to the
approval of DWQ # 2009-0162 and the confirmation letter has been sent for you to approve.
