Dear Mr. Davidson,
Environmental Inc. notified Clay County Water and Sewer of the fecal
exceedance on 4/26118. The next day plant operators checked CI-2 in the
contact chambers and effluent. The day in question there was a rain event but
the proper adjustments were made for the incoming flow. There was no
evidence of mechanical failure and CCWS can not explain the fecal
exceedance. CCWS has contacted Mcgill and Associates about getting a
proportional flow system Installed at the wastewater treatment plant. We are
currently waiting on them to draw up a proposal and get back into contact with
us.
