The work to be performed in this project includes the construction of upgrades to Pump Station 36 in anticipation of future development. With this upgrade,no additional flow will be permitted at this time. CFPUA prefers to permit the flow separately as developments come online. As such, we have not included the Flow Tracking Form with this j application. It is our understanding that CFPUA has been permitting their pump station upgrades with you in this manner. The following items are included in this package: • A check for$480 to cover the review fee • This cover letter with a brief project narrative • Existing permit WQ003 8099 • Application form FTA 10-14 (with • USGS Site Map certifications). • Street level maps The upgrades included with this project include three new pump (triplex pump station), a new wetwell, valve/meter vault, a new generator, and supporting upgrades to the electrical system. The existing • generator will be removed from the site and the existing pump house and wet well would be converted to an electrical room and manhole, respectively. The pump station will tie in to an existing 24-inch force main(the NEI),with backup connections to other adjacent force mains. The sewer will continue to be sent to the M'Kean Maffitt WWTP, as it is currently. i If you have an questions or need further information, lease contact me at 919-463-3046 (email: Y yq p ThompsonJS@bv.com).
