Dear Mr. Becker:
On December 28, 2018, Cory Larsen with Wake County Department of Environmental Services,
on behalf of the Division of Water Resources, performed a compliance evaluation inspection of
the subject wastewater treatment system to evaluate compliance with the subject permit to
discharge wastewater. Peter Rhodes and Todd Marcom, ORC, were present for the inspection
and provided valuable assistance. Please refer to the attached inspection report for full results.
On the day of the inspection, the plant was operating normally and producing good quality clear
effluent. Equipment upgrades at the plant were noted since the previous inspection and overall the
WWTP appeared well-operated. We appreciate your efforts to maintain compliance with your
NPDES permit.
