Thank you for accepting the extra BOD samplings that resulted in the 63.26 mg/L for March 2018. Is there anything else
we need to do at this time related to March's initial violation notification now that we are below the limit of 70 mg/L?

Due to extra BOD sampling from March 2018, which was left off the originally submitted eDMR, the average (of 63.26
mg/L) for the month was below the permitted monthly average for the "modified limits" of 70 mg/L for Fletcher
Academy's SOC.
The NOV-2018-LV-0292, dated May 2, 2018, will be rescinded.
