Dear Mr. Hassan: The Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) is requesting the Division to delete industrial user pretreatment permit no. 1040 for Ei Inc. from our pretreatment program. The facility ceased their operation and discharge of process wastewater into the Rocky River Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RRRWWTP) in September but wanted to keep the permit open in case operations resumed. Recently, the facilityfiled Chapter 7 and no longer hasplans to re-op en. P g Pe Please find enclosed the allocation table for the RRRWWTP, which has been amended to remove Ei's effluent limits.
