Dilday, North Carolina Department of Transportation - Natural Environment Unit (NCDOT-NEU) R-2408 Jurisdictional Determination Field Visit The NCDOT-NEU is looking forward to the October 21, 2006 field visit at 10:00AM with the USACE. The purpose of the field visit is to perform a jurisdictional determination for R- 2408 located in Macon County, North Carolina. Based on fieldwork completed to date, NEU biologists have identified potential jurisdictional resources on site. I have attached the appropriate mapping and the required forms based on our fieldwork.
