EPA notes that comments from the EA were responded to. Also, stream impacts have been reduced to 150 linear feet. U-4901, Falls of the Neuse Road Widening, Wake Co.: Non-Merger. EPA notes that comments from the EA were responded to (Pages 37-39). There are approx. 702 linear feet of stream impacts (UT to Neuse River) reduced from 879 I.ft. and reduced riparian buffer impacts from the updated design. U-2551, Enola Road Improvements, Buke Co.: Non-Merger. EPA's request for the FONSI following the EA review was addressed. There are no estimated direct impacts to jurisdictional waters. U-3815. US 64/NC 345 Intersection, Dare Co.: Merger project. The FONSI included EPA's comments from the EA review. Wetland impacts estimated to be 1.2 acres.
