Due to the interest in the permit renewal there will likely be public hearing held near the facility. August was our initial timeframe. However, we are awaiting approval to access from EPA for some confidential business information on chemicals at the facility, which depending on the timing of their response could cause the August timeframe to shift. Please feel free to contact Julie Grzyb our Complex Permitting Branch Supervisor at Julie.grzybencdenr.gov or (919) 807-6390. She is very familiar with the facility if you have any questions and will be back in the office next week.
