On 20 October 1994. DEM issued a Water Quality Certification for fill of 2.0 acres of
wetlands to establish a horse pasture at Ranch # 9, Section VIII Greenview Ranches. On 31
October 1994, I was informed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that the wetland
delineation for this parcel was incorrect and had to be redone. Since the information in you
application was incorrect, this Certification is hereby revoked following 15A NCAC 2H .0504
(C) (2). Once wetlands on the property have been delineated to the satisfaction of the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, you are entitled to reapply for the Certification.
