the same person in the same role in Section 11 (Existing Permittee) and in Section III (Applicant)?
Specifically this site's DuPont Plant Manager is Ellis McGaughy and he is the responsible corporate officer who
signs the DMRs, permit applications, etc. After the separation Ellis will be the Chemours Plant Manager and

will still be the responsible corporate officer who signs the DNMs, permit applications, etc. Therefore could I
list Ellis as the "Person legally responsible for the permit" in Section 11(b) and also in Section 111(c)? As such,
Ellis would sign the form under both PERMITTEE CERTIFICATION and APPLICANT CERTIFICATION.
Along the same lines, I am currently the Section II(e) "Facility contact person" for DuPont and I will be the
Section 111(f) "Facility contact person" for Chemours.
