The attached spreadsheet outlines that parcels within 1 mile of the Chemours Facility. There were
440 within one mile and about 300 likely have habitable structures on them. I determined this by
using the parcel codes and improved value columns of the spreadsheet. Of course this analysis is
not exact, but it is the best I can do with this dataset. Let me know if I can help further.
