A copy of the General Certification is attached. This Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 26. Please find attached the copies of the Nationwide Permit Verification that you requested. This property is located off highway 50 approximately four miles from highway 53 in Maple Hill, North Carolina. This property is one acre in size and is located above any headwaters(Angola Creek). We plan to build a private, primary residence for our family in the very near future. There are no other rivers, creeks and streams adjacent to or near this property. Ms. Jean M Benton, Field Coordinator for the US Army Corps of Engineers has provided the Nationwide Permit Verification as requested. We would like your immediate attention in obtaining the necessary documentation to continue our plans for construction.
