Looks good. I would change last sentence of second Graf to DAQ is asking for
3rd : DAQ is directing Chemours to submit the info within 14 days.
Also, questions might come as to why we're giving them 21 days for the other contaminants.
The director of the DEQ!s Division of Air Quality (DAQ) today* requested data
from Chemours to learn more about emissions of GenX at the Fayetteville Works
facility, and to discover if other emerging contaminants were released as air
DAQ Director Mike Abraczinskas made the request in a letter" to Chemours
Plant Manager Ellis McGaughy as part of DEQ!s comprehensive review of the
company's release of these chemicals. While air emissions documentation
submitted by Chemours for 2016 contains GenX air emissions data, DAQ asks for
years 2012 to the present. DAQ has the authority to ask for the data under.NCGS
DAQ asked for the GenX data to be submitted as soon as possible, within not
more than 14 claoys. The comXaNy has u�c to 21 claoms to �crovicle data on the other
