• Recap of last night's information session for homeowners near the Chemours facility. About 70 people attended.
• DEG has received word that Bladen County is sampling its municipal water source (which is groundwater).
• Environmental justice demographics indicated a relatively large Hispanic population in Bladen/Cumberland
counties. There was a brief discussion on resources available to communicate with non-English speakers.

Today DEC. will start sampling homes near the Chemours facility via a phased approach.
DHHS will contact local health directors about demographics and DHHS/DEQ may begin translating fact sheets
into Spanish if necessary.
DHHS/DEQ will begin drafting HRE letters in the event groundwater testing results exceed the health goal.
