It should be published in the July 15th edition of the NC Register. In addition, we
are in the process of getting a public hearing officer, date, and time established,
and the public hearing should be sometime in August 2008.

I completed and submitted that package last month; now it is currently
being reviewed by a DENR economist, and hopefully by next Friday that
review will be complete.

Last time we talked, we were in the preparation of the "fiscal
analysis package" for submittal to the house of publishing. Please,
