Please find enclosed copies of Resolutions adopted by Bladen County, Columbus County,
Cumberland County, Sampson County and several municipalities within those counties in
support of the Reclassification of the Cape Fear River to Water Supply -IV.
You may already have these as part of the Lower Cape Fear Water & Sewer Authority's
application for Reclassification, however we wanted to make sure that they are a part of the
official record in addition to any other resolutions or letters DENR may have received.
The Authority understands that the end of the comment period is Monday, September 15, 2008
and trust that you will advise us of any comments received when time permits.
