I'm trying to address your interest below. However, please specify which page of the ROP that
you are referencing below, the "one pager"; is it the page which is on DEH letterhead? Also,
which DuPont permit are you talking about below? Finally, I'm not sure what PCS refers to...

Hi there Elizabeth,
Just getting through reading your wonderful packages that you sent in.
They look great - I think you guys did an exceptionally good job on the
ORW for Horsepasture River. Providing the extra time for public comment
was great. I know that folks probably really appreciated that and shows
that DWQ truly is interested in getting as much input as possible.
Of course, the one pager on PFOAs in Cape Fear raised some eyebrows.
Half our management team has been swallowed up working on big PFOA
contamination in Alabama for the past year. Everyone was very impressed
that the PFOA monitoring requirements had been put in Dupont permit - I
did not get the impression that many permits have had PFOA values added
in the Region... I was asked by senior management what the reported
values were, so I checked PCS but they were not in PCS or BIMS. I
wanted to let you know that our PCS guy, Mike Donehoo, asked Jeanne
Phillips to find the reported numbers for us. You may already have
them, as well - and if so, that may save time. Anyway, just wanted you
to know why Mike was asking Jeanne for the values in case she mentioned
anything to you.
I am hoping to get the review and approval letters out and routing in
the next week or so. Thanks!
Lisa
