GenX poses a real threat to public health and to our environment. Senators Mike Lee, Trudy Wade, Rick
Gunn, Bill Rabon, Andy Wells, Norm Sanderson, and Bill Cook failed to hold polluters accountable — all they do is

coal ash, hog waste, and development every single day. It is ridiculous that in 2017 in North Carolina, people
are left wondering
How many times must we repeat ourselves: clean wateris a right NCLCV will not rest until that is a value carried
by the majority of our state legislature. The challenge is big, but our will is strong. Help us turn this vision into a
