To avoid NSPS, the temporary boiler would need to fire fuel oil with a sulfur content less than 0.06 wt%. Do you still want the NSPS avoidance condition or only the MACT avoidance condition which only limits the number of consecutive days on site? Since the regulatory citation of this entry is 2D.0524 "New Source Performance Standards" as promulgated in 40 CFR Part 60, and since the temporary boiler is subject specifically to NSPS Subpart Dc where the sulfur content in fuel oil is limited to no "greater than 0.5 weight percent sulfur" per 40 CFR 60.42c(d), it would seem appropriate and more descriptive to replace the above requirement with the following: "On site less than 180 days per consecutive twelve month period and use fuels containing no greater than 0.5 weight percent sulfur". 1 DEQ-CFW 00067864
