l um trying to get an answer to questions on a separate topic: coal ash regulation -- for a

The Utility Solid VV8St8 Activities Group, 8 utility trade group, has petitioned the EPA to
revise the Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards rule and Devi-s-e itS�0.15_U.S. CO8|
Combustion Residuals Rule.
My questions:
Has NC DEO taken a position On this effort to revise the rules.
If so, has [JEO staff submitted anything to [)EO in writing?
If so, how can I obtain 8 copy of any DEO correspondence to EPA on this issue?
