The North Carolina Hazardous Waste Section (HWS) has reviewed the letter titled "Responses to
Comments," which addresses comments developed by the HWS during a review of DuPont
Fluoroproducts' Phase II RFI report. The HWS has determined that the revisions to the Phase II RFI
report proposed in DuPont's responses -to -comments are acceptable.
As indicated in the cover letter for "Responses to Comments, a revised Phase II RFI report should
be submitted to the HWS within sixty days of the receipt of this letter by DuPont Fluoroproducts. If your
