The enclosed documents are submitted for the rel ation of existing portions of 4" forcemain sewer
main pipes owned by Clay County. These relocations are due to impac s to t e existing forcemain
system by the project construction associated with the NCDOT project R-5742, NC-175 Road
Widening. These relocations are located along NC-175 from the state line to NC-64 and will not
result in any additional flow. There are two existin n tratigns along the forcemain system,
however neither are impacted by the propose design. The plans have been reviewed and approved
by Dakota Ingram with Clay County. The permit numbers of the existing 4" forcemain sewer main
being relocated is WQCSD0246, and was hand written on the application.
Please do not hesitate to call 919-653-7342 if you have any questions or need additional
information.
Sincerely,
ryan Badey, P.E.
