Kuraray America is discharging CR after Dupont and 7 other companies entered into o consent order to
voluntarily cease production. The stewardship program sunmettedC8production in2Ol5.
ln2Uldand 2O|7discharge monitor reports show PFOA on the Cape Fear River.
CFPUA must address this. hninediately. This is worse than genX. genX is alledgly "safer" than C8.
And Kuraray had been inSIGNIFICANT violations ofthe clean water act for the last 5Ouaoerm.
The class action attorneys will address this. It would be best if you addressed this priortn litigation. Iv/ould
imagine officials in Flint never thought they would be indicted. Game changer. Step up.
