into the Cape Fear River .... apparently for several decades. The reports vvcare hearing would indicate the
probable toxicity to our drinking water is akonvrn fact to Chomours as they agreed to contain the chemical
produced from its main process, while being fully aware that Gnu}{io also obyproduct from another process,
which they can freely discharge into the river.
llboggles the mind tothink that acompany knowingly does this tnpeople. They are hiding behind legal

_-,uuo�r�ruuo/�� operating permit uyou�v/nc, o�p/rco� are
your role as the Secretary of the Environment for the NC Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources, to take a
lead in stopping this atrocity immediately. The entire production facility should be shut down until this issue
can be resolved properly.
