Jamie,
Here is an Excel file with a complete list of sources with air permits issued by DAQ. I have sorted the list by
counties, and you can see that we have no sources located in Buncombe County. I don't know what Mr, King is
trying to allege, but the NC Environmental Management Commission has delegated the enforcement of all
state and federal air quality regulations to the local air program in Buncombe County.

Would you mind looking into this for me? (see Mc @ng's email below)
I sent this guy our response to his public records request and used your explanation about Buncombe County having
locally delegated authority over that program. I just wanted to see if there are air quality records we have pertaining to
these four landfills in Buncombe County. Perhaps, we had issued a permit and then transferred all the records we had to
the local program when they received the authority over air quality issues inthe county.
The pdf was the permit that Mr. King sent me with the permit.
