The North Carolina Hazardous Waste Section (HWS) has reviewed Revised RCRA Phase 11
Investigation Work Plan Addendum (9/26/05). The HWS has determined that the document constitutes
an acceptable addendum to the Phase II work plan.
Since the start of Phase II investigations, DuPont -Fayetteville has furnished the HWS with
preliminary analytical data and summaries of completed tasks. DuPont -Fayetteville should continue this
practice as the Phase 11 work plan addendum is implemented. If the schedule contained in Section 2.5 of
the Phase 11 work plan will be affected by the additional activities proposed in the Phase 11 addendum,
