Attached are the groundwater monitoring results for the compound ammonium
perfluorooctanoate (APFO) from the sampling event in February 2008. A map is attached to
assist you in locating the various onsite sample locations.
The new temporary piezometer (INSITU #2R SHALLOW) located north-northeast of the
APFO Manufacturing Facility and near the facility's northern boundary was found to be dry and could
not be sampled.
